Description

Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.

Oversee general ledger operations and reconcile accounts as required.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary filings.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Profile

A successful Senior Accountant should have

Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting.

Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems.

A relevant accounting qualification or degree in a related field.

Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
