Senior Analyst (Cadence) - ITCS Outpatients

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Recording and responding to comments and complaints on the proposed system, resolving complexproblemsand dealing with unanticipated issues, referring only where necessary;

Activelymonitoringthe systems on a regular basis for user or system errors or problems, working with the Band 6 Support Analyst;

Managing, co-ordinating and leading the configuration requirements and ensure build is delivered ina timelyway.

Negotiate and persuade senior Trust staff to accept changes to working practices which will improve efficiency, patientflowand/or patient experience;

Work with Principal Trainers to ensure awareness of build development and changes;

Work with Principal Trainers to incorporate feedback from training sessions into future developments or make urgent configuration changes to build asappropriate;

Initiate, arrange, chair and/orparticipatein meetings between senior Trust staff and/orDT&icolleagues to discuss workflows and/or areas of concern and/or take notes of any action points;

Use conflict resolution strategies in response to barriers of understanding or acceptance faced by or from the configuration teams and/or wider Trust audience;

**This role requires hybrid working with a 50/50 split and will necessitatetravel between Guy's and St. Thomas', King's College Hospital and Royal Brompton and Harefield sites.
