Coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Perform design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers, designers and drafters.

Support project managers in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resourcing requirements.

Participate in site inspections, condition assessments, construction support services, and technical investigations.

Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, Austroads guidelines, Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) requirements, and relevant client standards.

Contribute to proposal preparation, bid submissions, and business development initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies, and industry partners.

Mentor graduate and developing engineers through coaching, technical review, and knowledge sharing.

Promote and maintain a culture of safety, quality, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Support achievement of regional and business centre performance objectives.

To be successful for this role you'll need:

Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering with a minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in the delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
