**Location:** Preferrably this role will be base in either Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Canberra however, we are also open to hiring in Malaysia and Philippines. You must have a valid work permit to work in your current location to be considered we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**

As a Senior Development Consultant, you are passionate about emerging technologies such as AI, SAP BTP, and ABAP Cloud and eager to drive innovation. You will design and deliver modern, cloud-based solutions on SAP BTP, working closely with development, sales, and presales teams. Leveraging your consulting experience, you identify digitalization opportunities and help customers optimize and future-proof their business processes — including the integration of AI-driven capabilities. Agility, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are key, as you will work with customers worldwide. **What you'll do:**

• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex projects or defined areas of ownership
• Act as a senior expert on technical and business topics, driving high-quality solutions
• Work independently, set priorities, and resolve complex cross-functional challenges
• Contribute to strategic concepts and influence future system and process design
• Bring several years of relevant experience with strong technical and/or business expertise
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicate clearly, provide transparent updates, and collaborate effectively across teams

**YOUR PROFILE**

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and bring several years of experience in implementation projects. You are experienced in agile development methodologies and have successfully delivered SAP BTP projects or Proof of Concepts.

You have strong technical and analytical skills in SAP development tools and methodologies, including the creation of technical specifications. You are comfortable working with innovative and fast-evolving technologies and understand complex system landscapes, business processes, and SAP’s technology strategy — particularly in the context of cloud technologies and market trends.

You are open to customer-facing engagements and travel across Europe and globally. Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.

**What you bring:**

• Strong programming skills (ABAP, Java, JavaScript) with a cloud-first mindset
• Development on SAP BTP using SAP CAP and/or SAP RAP
• Experience integrating AI capabilities and data-driven services into SAP solutions
• Strong UI development skills (HTML5, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, React)
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA extensibility and clean core principles
• Experience with modern development environments (ADT, BAS, VS-Code)
• Knowledge of SAP’s AI portfolio and emerging technology trends
• Excellent communication skills
