Job Description
Delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services, the Senior Business Central Consultant will work full-time in a flexible environment, managing client relationships, resolving technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance business processes.
##### Key responsibilities
Deliver functional and technical services to post-implementation clients using Business Central SaaS
Triage and resolve client tickets, coordinating with experts for complex issues
Document work and create knowledge management resources to support client success
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience
Experience modeling business processes and translating requirements into applications
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the development process
Knowledge of the Business Central ecosystem and Marketplace App partners
