Job Description
**Senior Engagement Lead – Investment Management (Data, Analytics & AI)**
**Location:** New York / New Jersey
**Experience Required:** 10–15 Years (Strict Requirement)
**Mandatory Criteria (Deal Breakers)**
- **10–15 years of total experience** (anything below or above will not be considered)
- **Asset Management experience is mandatory**
- Capital Markets or generic Investment Banking experience will NOT qualify
- Strong experience in **Data, Analytics, and AI transformation initiatives**
- Proven ability to operate at senior leadership / C-suite level

**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Senior Engagement Lead / Client Partner** to join the Investment Management practice.
This is a **partner-track leadership opportunity** with direct visibility to the firm’s senior leadership team. The selected candidate will:
- Work closely with C-suite and senior executives at leading investment management firms
- Drive high-impact transformation programs
- Shape data modernization and AI strategies
- Establish themselves as a trusted strategic advisor
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Advisory**
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to CXOs and senior executives
- Influence strategic decision-making across complex organizations
**Solution Leadership**
- Lead data modernization initiatives
- Drive advanced analytics and AI transformation programs
- Deliver measurable business outcomes
**Client Engagement**
- Build long-term, trust-based executive relationships
- Identify emerging needs and create differentiated solution ideas
**Practice Growth**
- Expand and scale the Asset Management vertical
- Develop differentiated, scalable service offerings
**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Represent senior leadership in client engagements
- Collaborate across consulting, delivery, and managed services teams
**Team & Capability Development**
- Mentor and recruit project leads and consultants
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and culture-building initiatives
**Key Qualifications**
- 10–15 years of experience within **Investment / Asset Management industry**
- Demonstrated success in winning business and growing client accounts
- Proven executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong track record in delivering large-scale **Data, Analytics, and AI-driven transformations**
- Ability to navigate politically complex enterprise environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic vision
Pay: $170,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
