Supporting commercial contracting needs, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements while collaborating closely with internal teams in a remote work environment.

##### Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including subscription agreements and NDAs

Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams to support revenue growth while managing legal risks

Develop negotiation strategies for customer, partner, and vendor agreements to facilitate efficient deal progression

##### Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

12+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts and SaaS agreements

Strong experience in drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS and technology agreements

Ability to independently manage contracts from intake through signature

Strong business judgment to translate legal risks into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders
