To support commercial contracting needs in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage various agreements while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams, with the option for remote work.

##### Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including subscription agreements, MSAs, and NDAs

Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth while managing legal and business risks

Develop negotiation strategies for customer, partner, and vendor agreements to facilitate efficient deal progression

##### Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

12+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions

Strong experience drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS and commercial agreements

Ability to independently manage contracts from intake through signature

Strong business judgment with the ability to provide practical legal guidance to non-legal stakeholders
