Senior Domain Sme Occupational Health Safety Regulatory Compliance Ehs

We are seeking an experienced EHS Subject Matter Expert with 10–15+ years of expertise in Occupational Health & Safety, incident management, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of OSHA (US), HSE (UK), and EU Directives, with industry experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Pharmaceuticals.

The role will drive the design and continuous improvement of digital EHS solutions by translating business and regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications for product and engineering teams. The SME will define workflows, business rules, validation logic, use cases, acceptance criteria, and domain data models to support development of incident management, audit, inspection, compliance, and risk management modules.
