We provide advisory and technical services to ensure compliance, manage impacts, and reduce risks, including obtaining permits and approvals, decommissioning and restoring contaminated sites, and tackling climate change challenges and resilience. We focus on preserving habitats, water quality, stakeholder engagement and cultural resources, promoting a holistic approach to environmental impact management at every project stage.

How you’ll make a difference:

Ecological impact assessment and offsetting for a range of projects and scale, and supporting internal clients with delivering the ecological requirements within multi-disciplinary tenders and projects

Working independently, or with a team of ecologists, in the planning, delivery and management of ecology surveys; analysis and evaluation of results, impact assessments, and the design and implementation of successful mitigation strategies

Provide excellent client service through risk-based strategic advice and high-quality technical reporting

Identify and implement efficiencies and digital solutions to collaborate and work smarter

Support the team's strategic growth, technical excellence, and innovation in ecological assessments.

Assisting with project management, including the technical and financial performance of ecological projects.

The qualities that help you thrive:

Demonstrated technical knowledge in flora, fauna and ecological communities in Queensland (6+ years), with experience in NSW or NT advantageous.

Ability to lead project delivery, engage with clients, and mentor a high-performing team across field and office-based work.

Experience in environmental approval processes and impact assessment reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field.
