Job Description
Seeking a full-time Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer, this remote position will focus on technical leadership, architecture, and mentoring while working with embedded C/C++, Linux, RTOS, IoT, and networking protocols.
##### Key responsibilities
Lead technical initiatives and provide mentorship to engineering teams
Design and develop embedded firmware for IoT and connected devices
Implement and optimize networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP
##### Required qualifications
Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming
Experience with embedded Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
Knowledge of IoT technologies and connected device architectures
Familiarity with video compression standards like H.264/H.265
Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and architectural design
