Managing client contract requests remotely, the full-time Senior Legal Specialist will collaborate with legal professionals and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and ensure timely contract reviews, significantly contributing to the organization's financial performance.

##### Key responsibilities

Monitor the intake mailbox for new Client Contract Requests and review agreements submitted via CRM tool

Schedule and facilitate internal stakeholder calls to discuss negotiation strategies and contract assignments

Track the status of open Client Contract Requests and provide updates to assist in closing opportunities and capturing performance metrics

##### Required qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.), paralegal certification, or equivalent

5 years of experience in a corporate office or professional services firm, preferably in contract review

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software programs

Understanding of legal and contract terminology
