Lead and oversee all aspects of silicon design engineering at AMD, including conceptualization, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technology.

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for silicon design engineering, aligning with the overall business objectives of AMD.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of silicon design processes with other areas such as product development, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation and maintain AMD's position as a global leader.

Mentor and guide a team of engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of learning and development.
