Driving integrated marketing and communications initiatives, the full-time Senior Partner Marketing Manager will lead the development of strategic plans to enhance the Cloud Solution Provider partner ecosystem, collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to promote CSP value and incentives.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and execute integrated marketing plans that align with CSP business priorities and enhance partner engagement

Create comprehensive content strategies and messaging guides to support partner incentives and program updates

Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to assess the impact of marketing initiatives on partner engagement and business outcomes

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Experience in strategic planning and synthesizing insights to inform channel partner strategies

Proven ability to drive execution of high-volume marketing and communications portfolios

Strong skills in data-driven optimization and using performance data to improve marketing outcomes

Experience in cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated partner experiences
