This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.The Role and ResponsibilitiesA permanent role has arisen here at EnerMech for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team in Aberdeen. This is a full time position offering 37.5 hours per week. The role will be reporting to our Payroll Lead and form part of the wider Finance team.Duties and Responsibilities will include;Preparation of payroll input information for outsourced payroll service providerProcessing of employee expense claims & credit card Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11D'sMeeting with HR to ensure all relevant data requirements are met for payroll processingResolving payroll issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manneThe RequirementsTo be successful for this role you will have previous experience in a hands on payroll coordinator/administration role.
