What to Expect

• Own architecture decisions related to authentication, APIs, loyalty, and payment systems
• Develop features that significantly reduce partner integration time
• Balance the needs of internal teams and external B2B partners in product development
• Collaborate with senior engineers to create a prioritized roadmap for AI/ML capabilities
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from opportunity identification to shipping and iteration

What is Required

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in B2B or platform products
• Proven experience designing APIs and SDKs, with an understanding of their adoption and stability
• Familiarity with SQL and data-driven product decision-making
• Experience launching at least one product from scratch, preferably in the B2B or platform space
• Ability to communicate effectively, write clear documentation, and present to executives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or implementing AI features
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under uncertainty
• Regular engagement with customers to gather feedback for product prioritization
• Knowledge of A/B testing and its application in product management
• A track record of shipping products without significant resources or clear direction
