Driving business requirements and operational improvements, the full-time remote Senior Product Portfolio Analyst will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and cross-functional teams, utilizing data-driven analysis to inform decisions and enhance collaboration.

##### Key Responsibilities

Build structures to activate portfolio practices, including enforcing Jira hygiene and implementing quarterly planning for agile teams

Conduct data-driven analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations

Lead workshops to drive stakeholder alignment and translate complex business challenges into clear documentation

##### Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree

Proficiency in Jira, spreadsheets, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Experience working with Agile methodologies and scrum teams

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex business problems and solutions effectively
