Tech for good! Our SaaS product Dentally, solves real-world problems across three core areas.

Clinical; AI‑powered diagnostics and note-taking, giving dentists an extra set of expert eyes on every x‑ray, further detecting subtle signs across conditions and boosting clinical accuracy in seconds.

Practice Management - Automating everything, ensuring dental practices get admin done quicker! Payments, Workflows & Patient Management, 3rd Party Integration, Reporting and Staff Instant Messaging.

Patient Experience - A digital-first experience that empowers patients to manage appointments, complete medical forms, and make payments - all from their own device. No more old-school phone calls and paper forms.

Your Impact

This is a rare opportunity to help build a Project Management framework from the ground up. Better still, you'll be doing it within a newly established Business Operations function for a scaling SaaS business that has reached a pivotal inflection point.

We recognise that long-term growth can’t rely on ad-hoc processes or manual work. Automation, smart systems, and operational excellence are now business-critical. Our Business Operations function exists to unlock efficiency, scale impact, and free subject-matter experts to focus on what they do best, while you design the infrastructure that makes the whole organisation run better.

As our first Project Manager within Business Operations, you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape how work gets done, setting frameworks, methodologies, and best practices with limited legacy constraints or inherited processes to navigate. You won’t be “fitting into” an existing PM function; you’ll be creating it.

This role cuts across all business areas, from Revenue, Customer Success and Ops, through to Product, Engineering and Legal, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety, influence, and strategic problem-solving. You’ll be trusted to champion tools, processes, and ways of working that actually improve outcomes, with the autonomy to drive change.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, and budget. You will lead some projects end-to-end in partnership with a project sponsor, while for others you will provide project planning, governance and regular check-ins to support execution by the sponsor. Your ability to manage priorities, maintain clear communication and drive accountability will be critical to ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Own delivery of a portfolio of high-impact projects, ensuring outcomes across scope, time, and budget
• Lead select projects end-to-end with sponsors; provide governance and oversight for others
• Create and maintain clear project plans covering timelines, resources, and dependencies
• Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across UK & APAC stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide clear reporting, documentation, and stakeholder visibility
• Continuously improve project management frameworks, tools, and standards

What You'll Bring With You

• Strong project management experience across a rang of disciplines & projects
• Proven experience building PM frameworks within a start-up or scale-up SaaS business
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies
• Experience managing concurrent projects tied to large commercial value & outcomes
• Mature stakeholder management skills - can prioritise competing demands
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with governance and oversight responsibilities
• Strong awareness of Project Management tools and how to implement & champion them
• Experience managing risks, budgets and timelines effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.
