Develop and maintain the Salesforce CPQ system for NVIDIA, ensuring its smooth functioning and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce CPQ environment.

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, integrations, and configurations using Salesforce CPQ tools and technologies.

Support the sales team by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Salesforce CPQ system.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and CPQ advancements and provide recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency and productivity.

Train and support end-users on Salesforce CPQ functionality and best practices.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure all changes are properly documented.

Conduct thorough testing of new configurations and customizations to ensure system stability and accuracy.

Collaborate with other developers and technical resources to ensure the overall success of Salesforce CPQ projects.

Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, and provide timely resolutions.
