Job Description

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain a scalable data and AI platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions in the construction industry.
##### Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform for automation and self-service capabilities
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts to transition ideas from concept to production
Mentor and support fellow Engineers by sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
##### Required qualifications
7+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
5+ years of experience leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
Proficient in a high-order object-oriented language, particularly Python, with openness to other languages like Go, Java, Scala, or C#
Practical experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing using technologies such as Flink and Kafka
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and public cloud service platforms
