Job Description

Leading the design and delivery of AI agents and workflows, the full-time Senior Software Engineer in AI Automation will develop reliable, production-grade solutions to enhance operational efficiency while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Lead the technical design and delivery of AI agents and automation workflows for internal teams
Translate complex business processes into reliable, maintainable software solutions
Define architecture, interfaces, and operational standards for production AI systems
##### Required qualifications
7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, particularly with LLM-backed applications
Demonstrated experience in developing AI agents and automation workflows from prototype to production
Strong Python skills and practical SQL expertise for working with production data models
Experience designing systems that integrate with business-critical systems of record
Solid understanding of production engineering fundamentals, including Git and CI/CD
