Job Description
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant integration and performance.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify and act on post-sales growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
Provide technical education and quarterly reviews to merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
##### Required qualifications
Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
