Leading the enterprise AI Readiness initiative, the full-time Senior Technical Program Manager will manage the integration of high-impact AI tools into the corporate technology stack while ensuring compliance and security in a remote setting, preferably aligned with US East Coast hours.

##### Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution for onboarding and integrating enterprise AI tools, managing vendor relationships and accountability

Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure delivery, ensuring robust security and compliance hardening from Proof of Concept to production environments

Maintain program discipline using Jira and Confluence, managing risks and dependencies while communicating with senior technical and business leaders

##### Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional technical programs at the enterprise level

Direct experience with AWS infrastructure, including VPCs and multi-AZ setups

Proven track record of delivering programs with stringent information security and compliance requirements

Deep understanding of identity architecture and IAM governance, including zero-trust and least-privilege access models

Experience transitioning environments from pilot phases to hardened production systems
