Server

**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing food and beverage orders.

**Responsibilities**

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and promotions
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow
• Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math for transactions

**Experience**

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is advantageous
• Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
