Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while efficiently managing food and beverage orders.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems

Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and promotions

Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow

Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math for transactions

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings

Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations

Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling

Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is advantageous

Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
