Job SummaryWe are currently recruiting for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Waitress to join the hospitality team at a well-established golf club in Cwmbran.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming and professional environment. You'll be serving members, guests, and visitors attending functions, golf days, and special events while helping to create an enjoyable dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.Taking food and drink orders accurately.Serving meals, beverages, and refreshments efficiently.Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to a high standard.Processing payments using tills and card machines.Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant, bar, and function areas.Assisting with the setup and service of events, functions, and golf days.Following all food hygiene, health & safety, and customer service standards.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a waitress, hospitality, bar, café, or restaurant role is preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude.Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.Regular weekend availability is essential, as the golf club hosts a variety of events and functions.
