Service Advisor - High Performer Wanted

About the role
We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our European specialist workshop in Te Rapa. You'll manage the customer journey from booking to pick-up, keeping techs in the loop and the calendar under control while juggling customers, techs, parts, and priorities.
Key responsibilities
Managing the customer journey from booking to pick-up
Keeping techs in the loop and the calendar under control
Writing invoices, quoting and sourcing parts
Calling customers back promptly, even when the news isn't great
Supporting the team to hit service targets and deliver on time
Building repeat business with people who trust you
About you
Solid experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role
Confident communicator, clear, friendly, calm under pressure
Stays across every job, no dropped balls, finger on the pulse
Proactive - you spot issues and solve them before they hit the fan
Team player - if someone's drowning, you jump in and help out
Organised, detail-driven, and genuinely cares about getting it right
Strong computer literacy and typing skills
