Service Advisor

• MSL Motor Group requires multiple Service Advisor roles for their premises at North Circular Road, North City Business Park, Dublin 11.
• The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week.
• Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required.
• Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
• Job Description - Act as the primary customer contact for service appointments and vehicle repair needs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, document customer concerns, and recommend services.
• Provide accurate estimates, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians.
• Manage service workflow to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Communicate status updates, upsell recommended services, and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, warranties, and safety protocols.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Required Qualifications - Prior service advisor experience in a dealership; luxury brand experience preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management/service systems.
• Strong time-management and multitasking ability.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work flexible hours.
