Job Description
Managing a portfolio of Managed Services customers, the full-time remote Service Delivery Manager will build strong relationships, ensure successful service delivery, and advocate for customer needs while collaborating with internal teams across North America.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
Own the overall service delivery experience and customer health for assigned clients
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure service commitments and customer expectations are consistently met
##### Required qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience managing customer relationships or service delivery in a technology environment
Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities
Ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
Understanding of database technologies and concepts such as performance and disaster recovery
