Frankton Park

Frankton Park provides people living with brain injury and other disabilities caring and professional rehabilitation services in a residential or home and community setting, where the individual receives the support necessary to enjoy physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.  We have a number of locations around New Zealand, and we  provide support in partnership with family, government and community agencies offering knowledge and skills to best meet individual needs. We pride ourselves in delivering culturally appropriate support and we are committed to being the best provider of residential and supported service by not just meeting the Nga Paerewa Health and Disability Service Standards but exceeding them. Together we work collaboratively towards our clients goals and support them towards independence.

We are looking for someone who brings

• Proven experience in service management, Home and Community support services, Residential services and the Disability sector.
• Strong leadership experience, interpersonal skills, engagement with residents, whanau and other health professionals
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work autonomously
• Knowledge of funding contracts
• Rostering and budgeting experience
• Access to a vehicle and a Full Driver’s license is a requirement
• A clear Police check will be required as part of the recruitment process

About the Role

This role forms part of a multidisciplinary team supporting people with a number of challenges including complex medical and physical disability and traumatic brain injury.  Our services range from Residential support to Home and Community.    This is a permanent, full-time role offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
