About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Person for works based at our Myara Site near Pinjarra. This is a diverse role that is responsible for basic servicing & upkeep of our mobile equipment. You will be working closely with other members of the maintenance crew, and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

About You

Minimum of 3yrs experience

Proven Mechanical Aptitude

Mechanical knowledge well regarded

Demonstrated Experience in a similar role

Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of all employees

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence

Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug / Alcohol Screen

Must have full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

Assist with completing oil changes, greasing and filter inspections and minor mechanical repairs as required, including gearboxes/transmissions and hydraulics.

Assist with daily re-fuelling of large-scale mining equipment including lubricant, oil and filter inspections.

You will be required to service equipment in between fuel runs

Equipment includes Dozers, wheeled loaders, scraper, CAT dump trucks

Identify equipment faults such as gearboxes, transmissions, and hydraulics during servicing and rectify/ report to workshop/ management.

Work collaboratively with Maintenance personnel

Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong approach to safety
