About the Role

As our Service Technician and Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our customers and Service Team from our Hamilton branch. This unique position combines hands-on technical service work with the responsibility of developing and delivering product, equipment, and technical training across the business.

Working closely with Service Technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will provide technical guidance, assist with troubleshooting and repairs, and deliver both onsite and workshop-based training to ensure our teams and customers get the best performance from our equipment. You will be instrumental in building technical capability within the business while helping to minimise customer downtime through proactive support and expert problem-solving.

This is a varied and rewarding role that offers exposure to a wide range of industries, equipment, and applications. Success in the position requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge and developing others.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to work with premium global equipment brands, continue to enhance your technical expertise, and be part of a respected industry-leading team committed to delivering exceptional service and customer outcomes.
