About the Role

• As a Recruitment Consultant within our Social Services division, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with organisations to deliver high quality talent solutions while building long term client and candidate relationships.

• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or business development
• Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates

• Resilience and comfort handling pressure and rejection
• A proactive mindset with accountability for results
• Agency recruitment experience is highly regarded, but we’re also open to high performing professionals from sales or relationship driven industries looking to transition into recruitment.
• What You’ll Be Doing
• Client Management & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across active vacancies
• Conduct vacancy qualification and manage recruitment briefs
• Build trusted relationships with clients across the social services sector
• Deliver recruitment outcomes within agreed service levels
• Candidate Management
• Source, interview, and manage high quality candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Support candidates through interviews, offers, onboarding, and placement
• Deliver consistent communication and feedback throughout the process
• Business Development
• Identify and win new client opportunities
• Conduct outbound business development and relationship building activities
• Attend client meetings and market visits
• Grow existing accounts and increase market share
