Salary: $91,026 - $108,691 (Plus 12.5% Super)

Location: The Canberra Hospital, Garran ACT

Section: Adult Inpatient Mental Health Services (AIMHS)

About the Role:

Be part of a team that changes lives. At MHJHADS, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals to provide high-quality mental health care, support recovery journeys, and help people build hope, resilience and wellbeing.

As an HP2 Social Worker, you will provide clinical assessment and evidence-based interventions for people experiencing severe, complex and/or acute mental health challenges. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will partner with consumers, families, carers, children, Nominated Persons, GPs and community services to deliver inclusive, recovery-focused care that recognises each person's unique strengths, experiences and goals.

You will contribute your expertise to a supportive team environment, provide supervision and mentoring to early-career staff, students and Allied Health Assistants, and help drive quality improvement initiatives that strengthen the services we provide.
