Software Engineer, Orchestration

Develop and maintain the infrastructure that supports our global payments platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on the platform.

Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the payments industry.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality of all code changes.

Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Proactively identify potential areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Adhere to company coding standards and contribute to the development of new standards.

Keep accurate documentation of systems and processes.

Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Remain adaptable and open to learning new technologies and techniques as needed.
