Owning the architecture and technical strategy for internal automation systems, the full-time Staff Engineer - Automation will manage cloud-based infrastructure and automate workflows in a remote environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability and maintainability

Design and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows, including access provisioning

Establish CI/CD standards and error-handling patterns for reliable automation systems

##### Required qualifications

7+ years of experience managing corporate IT infrastructure in a cloud-first environment

Demonstrated experience with AI-powered systems and evaluating LLM tooling

Strong experience with Workato or similar IPaaS solutions and managing identity platforms like Okta

Proven experience managing SaaS ecosystems and identity lifecycle processes

Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
