About the Role

We are looking for two experienced Stockpersons to

join our team at our Rockhampton processing plant to assist with the

day-to-day operations of holding pens and stock movement.

Other role responsibilities include

• General
• low-stress cattle handling
• Drafting
• Cutting
• out
• Moving cattle between pens and processing plant.
• Monitoring
• animal welfare
• Arrival
• of cattle
• Administration
• of the animal health treatments
• Maintaining
• accurate daily records, such as data entry (training provided).
• About You

An enthusiastic person who has a genuine interest in working

in the meat processing industry and thrives in a collaborative team

environment.

It is essential that you have the following

• experience/skills:
• Excellent
• cattle handling skills or willingness to learn
• Strong
• communication skills and ability to foster a team environment
• Be
• able to work autonomously
• Be
• able to follow and comply with workplace policies and procedures

• Q-fever
• vaccinated (or willingness to get).
