What You’ll Do
•Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
•Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
•Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
•Support the delivery of eye care services using the latest optical technology
•Ensure your store is operationally excellent, compliant and customer focused

What We’re Looking For
•Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or retail leader
•Strong people leadership and coaching skills
•Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
•Confident communicator who can engage, motivate and inspire others
•Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
