• Job Title: Stores Admininstrator
• Location: Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo
• Dawn Meats is one of Europe’s leading beef and lamb processing companies with locations across Ireland, UK, France and continental Europe employing over 7,000 employees.
• We are currently seeking to recruit a Stores Admininstrator to support our team our existing Stores team, this person will support, monitor and meet stores requirements and make a positive contribution to the Company's future growth.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be based at our Ballyhaunis primary production plant and will be responsible for:
• Checking orders in matches paperwork and POD’s
• Despatch of parcels
• Handling daily stock queries
• Ensuring complete traceability
• Manage receipts/ receipt paperwork
• Liaising with hauliers
• Printing paperwork for main office for invoicing
• Weekly Stocktaking of packaging
• Matching Invoices
• Use of spreadsheets
• Updating training files
• General administration duties

Qualifications

• Your role will see you tackle a wide range of challenges in a busy production environment.
• The ideal Candidate will have or demonstrate:
• Previous administration experience
• Excellent IT skills with previous experience of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good written and verbal English
• Also Desirable are:
• Experience dealing with suppliers and goods inwards
• Previous experience working in a factory environment
• * Previous stocktaking experience
