Essential Qualifications & Skills

Tertiary qualification in Mining along with Valid SSE ticket

Experience in mobile and fixed plant operations in the mining industry

Experience in start-ups or project-to-operations transitions will be highly valued

Experience at Production Superintendent/Manager level (especially load & haul) in a dynamic mining environment

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations, executing mine plans and deliver KPIs

Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Provide coaching and mentoring to the team
