Supplement Production Staff

Brand Nation Limited is a Contract Manufacturer of Food and Supplement products.

We are looking for full time Machine Operators to assist with manufacturing of performance nutrition and health supplement products.

Currently operating with 73 employees. The business has experienced substantial growth and a strategy to grow further.

We are building towards the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) framework and therefore attention to detail as well as the ability to follow procedures is essential.

Experience in production line operations, preferably encapsulating, rotary packing machine, check weigher and sachet packing machines is an advantage.

Employee Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing machinery.

Perform quality checks and production documentation.

Tidy workplace and machine setup when product changes to different setups.

Ensure maintenance of equipment is up to date and addressed when needed.

Record machine breakdown and good communication with the team.

Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times.

Ensure product safety at all times.

Perform activities such as cleaning the machine.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in production line operations, preferably encapsulating, rotary packing machine, check weigher and sachet packing machines

Weighing raw materials to spec and blending using ribbon or V blenders

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously

Basic understanding of engineering principles related to automated systems

Proficiency in quality control processes and procedures

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Specific knowledge of one of more of the following will be required

Stick sachet machine operation

Capsule Machine

Horizontal or rotary pouch filling machine

Blending and weighing

Production Line Team Leader
