We’re on the lookout for empathetic, passionate, and motivated Support Worker to join our team in Palmerston North area.

What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support. Tasks may include:

Meal preparation

Community outings and integration

Medication support

Personal care (showering, toileting, etc.)

Manual handling, and hoist transfers

Home management tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Atleast 3 years of relevant work experience, or a relevant qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF).

Level 3 in Health & Wellbeing (or equivalent) is preferred

Experience with falls, maximising independence and dementia support is preferred

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends

Manual handling and hoist experience

Full NZ driver’s license and reliable transport
