About the Role
As SVP, Group Account Director, you are the executive lead for one of our most strategically important client relationships. You operate at the intersection of enterprise partnership, commercial growth, operational leadership, creative production excellence, and AI driven transformation.
You are both the commercial owner of the business and the architect of its AI enabled evolution.
In a fast moving, collaborative environment, you build senior level trust, diagnose complex business challenges, and design AI enabled operating models that drive measurable impact. You ensure fiscal health, production excellence, and long term growth while shaping how we deliver through scalable, AI powered workflows.
This role requires a strategic operator who sees transformation opportunities early and knows how to convert innovation into revenue, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:Executive Client Leadership and Transformation
- Align integrated marketing, creative, and production ecosystems to client business priorities and growth objectives
- Ensure programs drive measurable brand impact, commercial performance, and operational advantage across channels
- Act as executive sponsor for high impact initiatives, providing strategic oversight and cross functional alignment
- Orchestrate creative, media, technology, data, and AI capabilities to deliver differentiated, connected solutions
- Elevate the conversation from outputs to outcomes, positioning integrated delivery as a competitive advantage for the client
Commercial and Strategic Growth
- Deliver against revenue, margin, and operational KPIs
- Expand footprint across business units, channels, and services
- Shape AI differentiated proposals, RFP responses, and growth strategies
- Lead pricing strategy and commercial negotiations
- Identify and convert AI enabled upsell and cross sell opportunities
People and Leadership
- Lead and develop senior account leaders and cross functional teams
- Elevate AI fluency and foster a culture of experimentation and accountability
- Drive collaboration across regions and disciplines
- Build a sustainable leadership pipeline across the account
About YouThe essentials
- 15+ years in senior marketing or agency leadership roles
- Proven success managing and growing multi million dollar global accounts
- Deep understanding of marketing and production workflows
- Demonstrated experience translating business challenges into AI enabled solutions
- Experience leading transformation, workflow redesign, or enterprise change initiatives
- Strong executive presence with C level stakeholders
- Commercially sharp and operationally rigorous
- Experienced people leader
