Swim School Assistant
Job Description
We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Swim School Coordinator to join our team at EA Networks Centre.
This is a hands-on role where no two days will look quite the same. You’ll help coordinate our Swim School programmes, support our instructors, schools and customers, deliver lessons yourself, and help make sure every swimmer receives a safe, consistent and engaging experience.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside our Swim School & Programmes Manager, you’ll help keep our Swim School running smoothly. You’ll:
Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of our Swim School programmes.
Support, coach and encourage our Learn to Swim Instructors on poolside.
Deliver engaging lessons and step in to provide cover when needed.
Build positive relationships with swimmers, whānau, schools and customers.
* Help maintain high standards across our programmes and identify opportunities to make things even better.
It’s a great mix of coordination, teaching, customer service and supporting others to succeed.
For more information on this role, please view the position description.
What you'll bring

Here’s what’s in it for you
FREE gym + pool access (yes, free!)
Professional development so you can keep levelling up
