Talent Acquisition Partner-12 month contract

Cpl HR Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing global organisation to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract . This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and driving best-in-class talent attraction strategies in a dynamic, international environment. This position could suit someone based in North Dublin, Meath or Louth.

What you'll be doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions

Partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans

Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent

Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Providing market insights and talent intelligence to stakeholders

Coaching hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practice

Using recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement

Supporting employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter

Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping experience

Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels

Experience managing recruitment processes through an ATS

Data-driven approach with a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience

Knowledge of recruitment compliance and hiring best practices
