Aspire People is currently seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant and welcoming secondary school ASAP. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience, or aspiring teachers who wish to work in a primary school before pursuing their teacher training.

The Role

• \ Support across KS2 classes, working alongside class teachers to deliver high-quality learning.
• \ Deliver targeted intervention sessions outside of the classroom, helping to raise attainment.
• \ Full-time position, with the potential to become a permanent post for the right candidate.
• \ A trial day will be offered for shortlisted applicants.
• \ SEN experience is desirable

You will need

\ A degree in children related subjects.

\ Recent, relevant experience in Upper Key Stage 2 is ideal

\ Confidence delivering intervention work to small groups

\* A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for education.
