Who We're Looking For
Are you an experienced Team Leader who enjoys being the go-to person for a small team of local staff? Do you also possess the skills to ensure services identified in client care plans are successfully delivered to aged and disability clients? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
As our Team Leader - Home Care, you'll play a key role in aged care delivery while acting as the nominated supervisor, developing and implementing a daily work plan for the local home care team.
This role is based in Papunya, with relocation allowance and community-based housing on offer for non-local applicants—giving you a chance to connect with the people and places that make this region so special.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Certificate III level qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support (Aging) or a willingness to actively work towards completion of the relevant qualification.
At least 6 months' experience in a supervisory position in human services or hospitality.
Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
