About the Roles

We're currently hiring for two full-time Team Member opportunities at Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth. Both roles are permanent, full-time positions (40 hours per week) and will include 1 weekend day.

Front End Team Member (Checkouts & Customer Service)

You'll be helping customers at the checkouts and service desk, processing transactions, handling returns and refunds, supporting Click & Collect, and creating a great customer experience.

Inwards Goods Team Member

You'll be responsible for receiving, checking and processing stock deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and helping ensure products are available for customers and store teams when needed.

While each role has a different area of focus, we're one team. Everyone works together to support the store, help customers and get the job done.

Depending on the role, you'll support customers at the checkouts and service desk, handle enquiries, returns, refunds, special orders and Click & Collect, or help keep stock flowing by receiving, checking and processing deliveries. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the store while maintaining accurate records and helping keep the store organised, safe and customer-ready.

Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, or another fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn

A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

The ability to stay organised and work well in a busy environment

A commitment to providing great service, whether supporting customers or colleagues

This role is best suited to someone who lives locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of Warkworth and can reliably attend all rostered shifts.
