Team Member

Raga Raga Limited is a well-established business committed to providing quality food and efficient customer service. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Team Member to join our team in the Auckland region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude.

The business operates across multiple locations within the region, and employees may be required to work at any of these locations, depending on operational and business needs.

The candidates will be required to travel within the region as part of their duties, with the cost of travel and fuel covered by the employer.

Key Duties :

Preparing and making pizzas according to Pizza Boyz recipes and quality standards.

Preparing ingredients, toppings, sauces and other food items.

Taking customer orders in-store, over the phone and through online ordering platforms.

Providing friendly and professional customer service.

Processing cash, EFTPOS and online payments accurately.

Packing customer orders and checking that orders are complete and correct.

Coordinating takeaway and delivery orders with delivery drivers.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, preparation and customer areas.

Washing dishes, cleaning equipment, work surfaces and floors as required.

Following food safety, health and safety and workplace procedures.

Restocking ingredients, packaging and other supplies during shifts.

Checking food quality, portion sizes and presentation.

Assisting with opening and closing store duties.

Working as part of the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Performing other reasonable duties required for the normal operation of the pizza takeaway business.

Deliver customer orders when required, provided a valid driver's licence is held.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.

Other requirements:

Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be available to work on weekends and flexible shift timings as required.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Good time management skills.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to solve problems and take initiative when needed.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
