Job Description:

7+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst

Experience/Knowledge of Java-based Web API/Web Services and Kafka

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Has experience creating high-level and low-level designs, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.

Understanding of Telecom Billing Systems (e.g. CSG, ICOMS)

Able to propose solutions and help architect the flow of services

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and developers.

Participate in JAD sessions and provide solutions as needed.

Document technical inputs and requirements.

Create both high-level and low-level design diagrams and flowcharts.
