Strong leadership and technical expertise in backend engineering are essential, along with extensive experience in Go, distributed systems, and production-grade infrastructure. The ability to balance technical vision with business priorities—driving modernization efforts while maintaining delivery momentum—will be key to your success in this role.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

  • **Initiate and lead discussions** on technical solutions and architecture.
  • **Influence technical decision-making** and set standards for sound engineering practices.
  • **Lead refactoring and modernization efforts** while maintaining delivery timelines.
  • **Identify and prioritize technical debt** to ensure long-term codebase health.
  • **Collaborate with product and engineering leads** to balance business goals with technical integrity.
  • **Build and deliver end-to-end software solutions** in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Take ownership of production issues** and define efficient triage and resolution processes.
  • **Implement robust test coverage** and uphold strong code review standards.
  • **Enhance developer experience** by improving tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Act as a **hands-on technical leader** who guides, mentors, and inspires the engineering team.

## REQUIREMENTS

  • **8+ years** of experience in software development.
  • **2+ years** of experience working with **Go**.
  • **2+ years** of experience as a **Technical Lead**.
  • Strong experience with **PostgreSQL** and/or **MySQL**.
  • Proficiency with **Git**, **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **Helm**.
  • Experience with messaging systems (**RabbitMQ** and/or **Kafka**).
  • Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (**React** and/or **[Next.js](http://next.js/)**).
  • Basic knowledge of **cloud computing** (**Google Cloud Platform** preferred).

## NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience building **scalable, secure Login-as-a-Service platforms**.
  • Deep understanding of **OAuth2**, **OIDC**, **SAML**, **JWT**, and **session/token management**.
  • Strong knowledge of **social login**, **SSO**, and **federated identity**.
  • Experience designing **multi-tenant identity systems** with isolation and configurability.
  • Experience delivering **developer-friendly APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation**.
  • **Excellent English communication skills** - both technical and non-technical.
